Chidanand has experience of over 15 years in Sales and Marketing of global industrial products across ASEAN region, he has been instrumental in developing highly customized mechanical products to meet the needs of SMEs in India. He brings in immense professional experience with an innate ability to develop stringer bonds with clients, partners & academia. During his Sales career he has introduced several best practices in the realm of Sales, Marketing, Talent Acquisition and Transformation over the last 15 years and has earned several accolades to his credit.
Being a Mechanical Engineer and an MBA in Marketing, he started his career as a Sales & Marketing Engineer of Industrial Products with Sanmar Group. CK went on to form his own start-up and is the Co-founder and Director of Samruddhi Group of Companies in Bangalore, India. He is currently responsible for customer acquisition, Sales & support of industrial equipment's.

Annapurna Kubihalmath is the co-founder and Operation Lead- Talent Acquisition at LaanTek Solutions Private Limited. Soon after her graduation in Electronic and Communication Engineering Anu started to work as a Lead Recruiter with Samruddhi Group Companies Training & Recruitment Division.
Anu's passion for people and willingness to walk extra mile to impact budding youngsters is highly appreciable. Within a span of two years she became part of the team which turned around the fortune of SGC. The management recognized the potential within her and a new company was born to accommodate her passion and growth aspirations.
