- To identify new business development opportunities, grow and manage new Engineering Colleges (All tiers and even Polytechnic Institutes) individually as well as through the Sales team
- Building high-Level Engagement in Universities across India
- Responsible for Managing Client (University) and Partner (OEM) escalations
- Maintain competitor knowledge to create and adjust sales strategies..
- 13 to 15 years of experience in Sales and should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Academic Sales.
- Strong People management skills, An ability to manage a team of 20 to 30 is a must.
- Should have active contacts in 100+ Engg Colleges across India.
- Should have an experience in closing Mega, Medium and Small deals.
- Thorough understanding of Sales process in University segment is a must
